For a long time, the Anemone designer focused on
"what makes a truly easy-to-use clip?"
Having seen countless accessories,
touched them, and created them,
the structure of the hair claw clip was something that bothered me.

 

Keep what's necessary, eliminate everything else.
The essential structure for a hair claw clip to function.
We re-examined only its "essence,"
shedding decorations and excess one by one.
As a result, a shape naturally emerged.

 

Pursuing ultimate simplicity,
we arrived at the Greek letter "Ω (Omega)."
Flowing lines.
And the symbol Ω, meaning "the end of things" and "completion."
No more needs to be added.
No more needs to be removed.
The moment I felt that, this form
was complete as "the ideal clip."

as a shape for holding hair.

Having reached the ideal shape,
what we considered next was the daily lives of each user.
Hair volume, length, how it's tied.
What's "just right" differs slightly
depending on the scene and style.
Therefore, we added new colors to the Omega Clip,
including black,
and medium and small sizes.

 

Maintaining the design, expanding only the range of usability.
Increasing meaning without changing form.
This, too, is an evolution typical of the Omega Clip,
born from reduction.

 


 

 

We wanted to be able to offer more choices
because we wanted to be a part of more people's daily lives.
