About Shipping

About shipping methods

You can choose from courier service (Sagawa Express) or Yu-Packet (Japan Post).

*You can specify the delivery date and time for courier delivery.
*Yu-Packet is delivered to parcel boxes, newspaper boxes, mailboxes, etc., so it is not possible to specify a delivery date and time. There is no compensation, so we cannot compensate for any problems caused by the delivery company after the product has been shipped (damage, loss, incorrect delivery, etc.).
*Due to size restrictions, Yu-Packet can only be used for eligible products. If even one item in your order is not eligible for Yu-Packet, you will not be able to use Yu-Packet.
*If you would like your package delivered to a branch office, please enter the details of the branch office you use in the delivery address. (Courier service: Sagawa Express branch office, Yu-Packet: post office). Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery dates and times.

About delivery

If no delivery date is specified, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

・Kyushu, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kansai, Chubu: Delivered the next day after shipping ・Kanto, Hokuriku, Tohoku: Delivered two days after shipping

*Due to our regular holidays (every Sunday, New Year's Eve, and the first three days of the New Year), we may not be able to accommodate your desired delivery date and time depending on the date of your order.
*Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, etc. Delivery may take longer than usual to Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and some remote islands.
*During periods when orders are concentrated, such as sales periods, we may not be able to deliver your order in the shortest time possible.
*If you have any inquiries regarding the delivery status after the product has been shipped, or if you would like to change the delivery date and time, request redelivery, or change the delivery address, please contact the delivery company.

Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive parcels

If the product is returned to our store due to reasons such as a long absence, an unknown address, or refusal to accept delivery, the order will be canceled and a flat rate of 1,500 yen (tax included) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the costs incurred, such as round-trip shipping. We may also refuse to do business with you in the future.

International Shipping

Returns and Exchanges

About the product

Minor scratches and manufacturing imperfections are present in all products.

■ Regarding manufacturing irregularities: Shape, size, color, pattern, and design. Adhesive overflow, uneven paint, peeling, burrs (unevenness caused by cutting out the mold).
Misaligned parts, chipped parts, black spots, air bubbles, inclusions, distortion, uneven stitching, fraying, protruding fibers, neps (lumps of thread)
Folding, protruding edge, fixing position and angle of metal fittings, changing the logo's shade and font, changing the color and specifications depending on the arrival date, changing the presence, size, design and position of the logo plate, etc.

*When using a computer or smartphone, there may be differences in the color and texture of the product depending on the device or display.

*All products have individual differences in fit. The image of the model wearing the product is an example.

The above will not be considered a defect.

Regarding defective or incorrectly delivered products

If there is a defect due to our reasons, such as receiving a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, we will promptly replace the product at our expense.

<About cancellations and returns when using coupons>
・If you order multiple items, the coupon amount will be automatically prorated based on the product price.
・If you cancel or return your order, the coupon will not be reissued.
・When you return an item, the refund amount will be the amount minus the prorated coupon amount.
・In both cases of [returns due to customer convenience] and [returns due to product defects], the refund will be made after deducting the pro rata coupon amount.
