SANPO ONLINE has recently revamped its membership system to strengthen security and improve service.
Regarding old official app and SANPO ONLINE members
For the first time, we will guide you through the process of registering as a new member.
"New Member Registration" using the same email address as your previous membership information
If you register and meet the following conditions,
You can transfer your account.
- Members eligible for account transfer -・Purchases made at ANEMONE and mimi33 physical stores within the past two years ・Past purchase history at SIENA ROSE physical store ・Purchase history on the former SANPO ONLINE within the last 3 years ・Already registered for the email newsletter on the old SANPO ONLINE |
*Temporary members and members who do not meet the above conditions will have their accounts invalidated due to the renewal. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please register as a new member.
*Items that will be carried over are points and favorite brands. Please note that purchase history etc. will not be carried over.
Former SANPO members: In case of transfer
1. Open your account page
It is surrounded by a red box in the upper right Click the mark.

2.Proceed to new member registration
On the screen that appears, click "New Member Registration" under "Login." Due to the renewal, we ask that you register for the first time only.

3. Enter the required information
Follow the instructions to enter the required information, such as your email address and password.
*In order to transfer your previous membership information, you must register using the same email address as your previous membership.

4. Check that the message "Verification email has been sent" is displayed
After submitting your registration, the message "Verification email has been sent" will be displayed on the screen.

5. Open the verification email
Open the email sent to your registered email address and click the "Activate your account" button in the body of the email.

5. Account transfer complete
Click on the "Activate Account" button
You will be redirected to your SANPO ONLINE account page where you will be logged in.

Customers using the new SANPO app
After registering as a new member,
By logging in to the app
You can use the same account.
1. Log in from your app's My Page
Open My Page at the bottom right of the app,
Click the Login button.

2. Enter your membership information
Enter the email address and password you just registered and click Log In.

3. Login complete
Log in with the account you used to transfer
New app available.
