Old account transfer guide
Thank you for your continued patronage of SANPO ONLINE.
We have renewed our membership system to enhance security and improve our services.
Even for former official app and SANPO ONLINE members,
we ask that you register as a new member for the first time.
If you register using the same email address as your old membership information through "New Member Registration",
those who meet the following conditions will be able to transfer their account.
- Members eligible for account transfer -
・Purchased at ANEMONE or mimi33 physical stores within the last 2 years ・Purchased at SIENA ROSE physical stores in the past ・Purchased on the old SANPO ONLINE within the last 3 years ・Registered for email newsletters on the old SANPO ONLINE |
*This is based on the site renewal date of October 23, 2025.
*Temporary members (those who have not completed 본登録 (full registration) by October 13, 2025) and members who do not meet the above conditions will have their accounts invalidated due to the renewal.
*Items that will be transferred include points and favorite brands. Favorite products and purchase history will not be transferred. We appreciate your understanding.
For old SANPO members transferring accounts
1. Open the account page
Click the 
mark in the red box on the top right.
2. Proceed to new member registration
From the displayed screen, click "New Member Registration" below the login section. Due to the renewal, we ask for new registration only for the first time.
3. Enter required information
Please enter the necessary information, such as your email address and password, as prompted.
※To transfer old member information,
registration with the same email address as your old membership is required.
4. Confirm "Authentication email sent" message
After submitting your registration, the screen will display "Authentication email sent."
5. Open the authentication email
Open the email you received at your registered email address and click the "Activate Account" button in the body of the email.
5. Account transfer complete
Clicking the "Activate Account" button will transition you to the SANPO ONLINE account page,
where you will be logged in.
For users of the new SANPO app
After completing the new member registration above,
you can use the same account by logging into the app.
1. Log in from the app's My Page
Open My Page on the bottom right of the app,
and click the login button.
2. Enter member information
Enter the email address and password you used for the account transfer and click Login.
3. Login complete
You will be logged in with the transferred account,
and can use the new app.
