Old account transfer guide
Thank you for always supporting SANPO ONLINE.
SANPO ONLINE has recently updated its membership system to enhance security and improve our services.
Users of the previous official app and SANPO ONLINE members
will be asked to register as new members for the first time.
"New Member Registration" using the same address as your previous membership
will allow you to transfer your account if you meet the following criteria:
- Members eligible for account transfer -
・Made a purchase at an ANEMONE or mimi33 physical store within the last 2 years ・Made a purchase at a SIENA ROSE physical store in the past ・Made a purchase on the previous SANPO ONLINE within the last 3 years ・Registered for the previous SANPO ONLINE email newsletter |
*Based on the site renewal on 2025/10/23.
*Temporary accounts (those not fully registered by 2025/10/13) and accounts that do not meet the above criteria will become invalid due to the renewal.
*Only points and favorite brands will be transferred. Favorite items, purchase history, etc. will not be transferred. Thank you for your understanding.
For previous SANPO members transferring their account
1. Open the account page
Click the 
icon enclosed in a red frame in the upper right corner.
2. Proceed to new member registration
On the screen that appears, click "New Member Registration" under Login. Due to the renewal, we ask you to register as a new member for the first time only.
3. Enter the required information
Please enter the required information, such as your email address and password, following the instructions.
*To transfer your previous membership information,
you must register using the same email address as your previous account.
4. Confirm the message "A verification email has been sent"
After submitting your registration, the message "A verification email has been sent" will appear on the screen.
5. Open the verification email
Open the guidance email sent to your registered email address and click the "Activate Account" button in the body of the email.
5. Account transfer complete
After clicking the "Activate Account" button,
you will be taken to the SANPO ONLINE account page while logged in.
For users of the new SANPO app
After completing the new member registration above,
by logging in to the app,
you can use the same account.
1. Log in from the app's My Page
Open My Page in the lower right corner of the app,
and click the Login button.
2. Enter your membership information
Enter the email address and password you just transferred and click Login.
3. Login complete
You will be logged in with the transferred account,
and can use the new app.
