Thank you for always using SANPO ONLINE.

[Updated March 4, 2026] All of the following issues that occurred on the order screen have been resolved.
You can now place your order normally.

[Resolved Issues]
・On the [Specify delivery date] screen, there is no option to select the delivery date and time. ・Even if I enter information in the [Notes about your order] section, the information is not reflected in our order management system. ・I press the [Pay now] button and proceed to the payment screen, but an error occurs and I cannot make the payment.

[Important] To all app users
To resolve the above issue, please update your app to the following version.

・iPhone users: Update to v131.1.1 from the App Store
・Android users: Update to v6.5.1 from the Google Play Store

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused by this incident.
We will make every effort to prevent such incidents from occurring again in the future.
