About the SANPO Membership Program

The SANPO Membership Program is for those who purchase at SANPO CREATE shops.
This is a membership program that offers preferential coupons and promotions.
You can register as a new member and log in through the online store or official app.
*Multiple member accounts cannot be combined.
*If you cancel your membership, you will no longer be eligible for the SANPO Membership Program, and your purchase history and membership rank will not be able to be restored.
Membership benefits and ranks
1 point = 1 yen, and you can earn points at participating online shops and stores starting from 1 point.

<Membership rank>
Your membership rank will automatically change depending on your annual purchase amount.
"Bronze," "Silver," "Gold," and "Platinum."
As your membership rank increases, your benefits and services will improve.
The annual purchase amount and benefits that determine the rank may be changed, added, or changed with prior notice.
Please note that the offer may be terminated at any time.
Membership Tier Update
Your membership rank will be updated according to your annual purchase amount. You can check your current rank by logging in to the registered "Online Store" or by going to "My Page" on the official app.
New members will start at "Bronze" level. Customers who have already registered as members when this service launches will also start at "Bronze" level. Your membership rank will be reflected on the 1st of the month following the purchase amount reached for that rank.
*If you use a receipt issued by the store, your rank may be updated on a day other than the 1st of the following month.
The annual purchase amount is calculated as follows:
- Order amount at each SANPO CREATE SHOP online store and SANPO app
・Purchase amount when presenting a membership barcode at a store/pop-up event (some stores are excluded)
・Shipping costs, various fees, and coupon usage amounts are excluded from the basic calculation (some products are subject to this).
・Consumption tax is included in the purchase price
・If there is a return or refund, the total amount will be deducted.
Update date
The membership program renewal date is September 1st of each year.
The collection period is one year, from September 1st to August 31st.

・First year of membership registration
If your purchase amount reaches the next rank threshold, the next rank will be reflected on the 1st of the following month.
・2nd year
Your rank from the previous year (September 1st to August 31st) will be carried over on the renewal date of September 1st. If you reach the threshold for the next rank during that period, you will be ranked up.
・From the third year onwards
On the renewal date of September 1st, your rank will be either upgraded, downgraded, or maintained based on the amount of purchases made in the previous year (September 1st to August 31st).
