※About resizing※

You will be responsible for the alteration fee of 3,500 yen + tax and round-trip shipping costs.

When contacting us, please let us know your order ID and the size you would like altered .

- Up to size 2 is allowed for both down and up (within the range of sizes 5 to 13).

- After checking with the manufacturer, we will inform you again about the time required for repairs (approximately 3 to 4 weeks).

-We will contact you to specify the delivery date and time after the resizing is complete.

・If any fees are incurred, payment must be made by bank transfer. We will inform you of the bank details once the resizing is complete.

- Cancellations, size changes, returns, and exchanges are not possible after resizing has been accepted.
